Hello Families,
As Miss Hageman has been teaching these past couple of weeks, it has left me out of the classroom. Thus, not many photos taken and opportunities to share with you. I hope her weekly newsletter has been helpful for you.
She will do her final full-time planning and teaching next week. We do have only two days, so please be sure to mark you calendar. Then, upon our return after the Thanksgiving break, she and I will start to transition and share teaching again. By the week of December 4th, I will be teaching full time again while she visits and tours other classrooms and buildings as part of her experience. Her final day with our students will be Friday, December 8th.
I am looking forward to talking with many of you this afternoon and evening to complete our first marking period conference window. If at any time you have questions or concerns, I am available to meet with you or talk on the telephone.
Strange things are going around! I encourage your child to wash their hands throughout the day. We clean commonly shared items regularly and desks. However, we still are exposed to germs. Please remind your child to cover a cough, use tissue (not fingers), and wash their hands. It is important that they try not to sneak and share snacks too. Fevers, flu, and crazy coughs are going around. Let's keep healthy if we can.
Take a look at our photos below and captions.
